Daniel Snyder JD, CPA, retired partner, of counsel, has over 38 years in professional practice, both as an attorney and a CPA. Dan is licensed to practice in United States Tax Court. His experience includes 10 years working in the UK including two years as the head of the International Tax Committee for a global accounting network. While Dan has a wide variety of experience his recent focus has been on income and estate planning for inbound non US residents.

Philippe Simoens, CPA has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. Corporate and partnership tax planning in industries, including manufacturing, distribution, financial services. Additionally, Phil has specialized experience in international, multistate and local tax compliance matters.

Kevin Foster, CPA is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University. He has over 17 years of public accounting experience in all areas of taxation, financial reporting and business consulting. He specializes in closely held businesses and pass through taxation in the real estate, hedge fund, and 
professional services industries. He serves as Partner at Snyder Simoens. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors with his two sons.

​Wendy Howard, CPA serves as a Tax Manager at Snyder Simoens. She is a graduate of both Harding and David Lipscomb Universities. She has over 25 years of public accounting experience in all areas of taxation, financial reporting and business consulting. She specializes in high-net-worth individuals as well as closely held businesses and pass-through taxation for real estate and professional services industries. She also has spent time developing tax preparation software for one of the largest tax and accounting software providers. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time at the gym doing Zumba as well as volunteering on the media and worship teams at the Branch Church in Dallas. 

Anne Dekker, MBA brings over 25 years of international experience in accounting, finance, and strategy, including leadership roles in both public accounting (Deloitte) and corporate finance (Accor, Sodexo). She holds an MBA from the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL and is completing the experience requirement for her CPA licensure. Anne’s bicultural background, spanning the U.S. and Europe, gives her a global perspective and a strong foundation to support clients with practical insights, strategic financial guidance, and a results-driven mindset.

Joanna Horton, BBA Accounting is a University of North Texas alumni. She currently serves as a Tax Senior Associate. She has over 5 years of experience in developing tax preparation software for one of the industry-leading professional income tax software providers and has completed multiple internships in audit and tax practices in the past. She plans to obtain her CPA license in the near future. Outside of work,  Joanna enjoys an active lifestyle outdoors hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with her dog Luka. 

Romarin Antsong, CPA is a Senior Associate at Snyder Simoens LLP with over five years of experience in public and governmental accounting. He holds an MS in Accounting and focuses on international tax and cross-border matters. Fluent in French, Romarin supports a diverse client base with international matters. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing and watching soccer.

Sara Riddels AAS, BS Accounting has been with the firm for the past 9 years. She is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and excellent problem resolutions accountant. Sara not only sets up books for clients but trains their staff in the use of QuickBooks. Sara is based in our Gainesville, Texas office. She manages client accounts, general ledger, payroll and annual filings. Her experience includes working with non-profit entities and provides services to a number of our ranch and horse industry clients.
